Fee Schedule 2010
The following fee schedule is for the summer 2010.
IMPORTANT: Summer camps must start collecting the new HST combined tax (13%) beginning May 1st, 2010.

Before and After care is now offered at some campus. The drop off time in the morning is 8:00 AM and pick up time is 5:00 PM. The cost per week per camper is $25 plus HST and the camper must be registered for this service and it must be paid prior to the beginning of the camp. Late pick ups will be charged $10 for every 10 minutes after 5:00 PM with a minimum charge of $10. Please visit our camp location page to confirm whether your campus offers this service.
PLEASE NOTE THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT DATE IS APRIL 30TH AND CAN NOT BE EXTENDED.
Discount:
New as of March 1st 2010, our different discounts have been replaced with one discount for multiple weeks. If you register for 3 weeks or more at the same time, whether it is one camper for 3 weeks OR 1 camper for 2 weeks and a sibling for 1 week, you will receive automatically a 2.5% multiple weeks discount on the program fee.
Please note that discounts do not apply to lunch order or extended hours fees.
Refund: For all programs except the Intrépides-en-route, there will an administration fee of $40.00 withheld on all refunds. There will be no refund after June 30, 2010.
For the Intrépides-en-route program, there will be an administration fee of $80 withheld on all refunds and no refund past April 30th.
Please note that you can always switch the week and campus at no charge once registered, as long as there is space in the program. Payment Method: Camp Tournesol will accept Visa, Master Card or personal cheques. Please make your cheque to: "Camp Tournesol". Please note HST must be added to the fee. Placement is guaranteed only with full payment on a first come, first served basis. Registration can be done ONLINE or by faxing or mailing a registration complete with payment. A copy of the registration form with the parent or guardian's signature is required. You may fax it or email a scanned copy. Our fax is confidental, you may fax your credit card information to our number.
